We're Cambridge Student Methodist Society, a student group for the University of Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University, based at Wesley Methodist Church, Cambridge, CB1 1LG.

When registering for National Methodist Student Conference (NMSC) we need take some details from you.  These are your name, postal address, email, mobile number, date of birth, college/university and any other information you need to give us (for example, dietary requirements).

=== How we use your information ===
Your information will be used for organising and running the conference.  We won't use your information for a purpose that is not related to the conference, unless you give us permission.

Your details will be stored and processed electronically.  We use [[https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/policy_privacy-outside|Paypal]] and [[http://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/policies/privacy/|Google]] who have their own policies on how your data may be transmitted and stored (see the links for more details).

=== How we share your information ===
The registration form has an option for us to keep your details on file to let you know about future events.  These may be organised by us, by National Methodist Students or the Methodist Church, or other student groups.  For example, we would like to invite you to next year's NMSC but we currently don't know who will be organising it so we need permission to pass your details on to them when we know who they are.  If you agree, we will pass on your name, postal address, email and college/university - other details will not be shared.  If you don't agree, we won't pass on your details to third parties.
